Hello, I'm Aleeza from Pakistan, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you.
My dad, a successful businessman, and my mom, a dedicated teacher, have been my inspiration. I am certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council of Excercise. I'm currently pursuing my MPhil in health and physical education/sports science at GCWUF Government College Women University Faisalabad in Pakistan. I speak Urdu, English, Persian, Punjabi, and Arabic.

Flexibility
Flexibility is for maintaining joint and overall body health. It plays a vital role in athletic performance and daily activities. My training program includes regular stretching and targeted exercise programs, which can help prevent injuries, improve posture, and enhance movement efficiency.
Strength
Strength training is designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and size. The benefits of my training program extend beyond building noticeable muscles. It focuses on your overall health and well-being. It also contributes to stronger bones, increased bone density, and decreased risk of osteoporosis.
Coordination
Coordination exercises enhance the body's ability to perform movements smoothly and efficiently. My training program will improve the interaction of different muscle groups, leading to better balance, and overall movement control. Coordination exercises can even help manage joint pain by strengthening the muscles that support the joints.
Agility
Agility is crucial for everyday life. It encompasses more than just speed; it's about the capacity to react to changing situations, change direction efficiently, and maintain balance while doing so. My training program can help with reaction time, and cognitive function, leading to enhanced athletic abilities and reduced injury risks.
